Terms of Service

1) EQUIPMENT, RENT & TERM OF RENTAL AGREEMENT. The Undersigned, as lessee, hires from Drewski's Jumpers, as lessor, one Drewski's Jumpers unit, Identification No. _________ and Blower ID No. ________ The Rental Fee as stated above payable.

2) SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The Drewski's Jumpers unit's equipment is reliable, should the Drewski's Jumpers unit begin to deflate.
    1) The motor has stopped in which case check the cord connection at the outlet near motor and remember to keep only the 100 foot extension cord on the outlet (Stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry rooms).
    2) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage and check both tubes at the back of the Drewski's Jumpers unit for snugness, retie if necessary.
    3) IFYOU CAN NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM CALL (404) 502-7074.
GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE Drewski's Jumpers UNIT:
A. Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the Drewski's Jumpers unit at the same time. The maximum numbers of people of each group that should play unit at the time are:

B. All riders MUST REMOVE THEIR SHOES before playing in the Drewski's Jumpers unit.

C. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

D. CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE Drewski's Jumpers UNIT THE SAFETY OF ALL CHILDREN IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

E. Absolutely NO water, Silly String, gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the Drewski's Jumpers unit. If upon pick up such cleaning is required then a $25.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.

F. DO NOT MOVE the Drewski's Jumpers unit from the place where it was installed. If the Drewski's Jumpers unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation. Absolutely keep the Drewski's Jumpers unit away from swimming pools.

G. No pets inside Drewski's Jumpers unit. Boys or Girls with long hair should tie their hair before entering the Drewski's Jumpers unit.

4) DELIVERY to the street address specified above by the Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants Lessor right to enter the property at the said address (Delivery Address) for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the Drewski's Jumpers unit at the specified time.

5) TRANSPORTATION EXPENSE Except as provided herein, all charges in delivering and subsequent pick-up of the Drewski's Jumpers unit with respect to the Delivery Address is included in the Rental Fee noted above. In the event that Drewski's Jumpers unit is not returned at the appointed time be lessee, then a $25.00 extra transportation fee shall be automatically imposed.

6) SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED ABOUT AN FULLY UNDERSTANDS THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE Drewski's Jumpers , WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LESSEE AGREES TO OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. LESSEE ALSO WILL BE HELD LIABLE UP TO FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS IF THE MAGIC JUMP UNIT IS NOT RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION.

7)MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to keep the Drewski's Jumpers unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear is accepted.

8)ALTERATION AND ATTACHMENT: No alteration in or attachments to the Drewski's Jumpers unit can be made without prior written approval of Lessor.

9) WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the Drewski's Jumpers unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. TheDrewski's Jumpers unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor’s obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of the Drewski's Jumpers unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and all obligation and liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages including, but not limited to consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Drewski's Jumpers unit.

10) ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement constitutes the full agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Time is of the expense of this Rental Agreement. Lessee acknowledges that Drewski's Jumpers is subject to the Rental Agreement.

11) RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The lessee shall be in charge of Drewski's Jumpers unit’s operation, as well as a return of the Drewski's Jumpers unit in good working order. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other persons using the Drewski's Jumpers unit. Further, the Lessee can not hold Lessor, including all officers, employees and agents for any kind of injury claims. The Lessee shall not identify Lessor and its officers, employees and agents for any costs incurred due to claims from anyone including attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use of the Drewski's Jumpers unit should legal action become necessary.

12) TITLE TO Drewski's Jumpers: Lessee agrees to keep the Drewski's Jumpers unit in his/her custody and not sublease, rent, sell or remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such HOP-TIL-U-DROP unit.

13) RAIN POLICY: During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, rain, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If the conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping the Drewski's Jumpers unit or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of the Rental Agreement there will be NO REFUNDS!
